Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

1. PUDO Locker Delivery

• Delivery to a smart locker near you

• You’ll receive an SMS with a PIN when your parcel is ready for collection

• Delivery time: 1–4 working days

• Rate: From R80

2. Aramex Store-to-Door

• Drop-off at Pick n Pay, delivered to your door

• Delivery time: 1–3 working days (main areas)

• Rate: R99 nationwide

3. PostNet to PostNet

• Delivery to your chosen PostNet branch

• Delivery time: 2–4 working days

• Rate: R109 (up to 5kg)

4. PAXI (PEP to PEP)

• Delivery between PEP stores

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days

• Rate: R60–R120

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over R1,000.
Method used will depend on your location and parcel size.

Order Processing

As most items are made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.
Tracking details will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
