2.2 Because many of our items are made to order, delivery timelines vary. While we aim to deliver within the time stated on the site or invoice, delays may occur.

2.3 You will receive confirmation via email once your order is received, and another once your order is shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The final price at checkout is binding.

3.3 Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept payment via Paystack, direct bank transfer, and other approved payment platforms.

4. Refunds and Returns

4.2 Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and may take up to 30 days to process once approved.

4.3 Due to the nature of our production process, design exchanges are not permitted. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
