Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy

At Angelic Dream Cushions, we take pride in producing bespoke, high-quality cushion covers made with care and craftsmanship. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we have put the following policies in place to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

 

Refunds

You are welcome to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate this, please email us at shop@angelicdreamcushions.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely for return.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation via the original method of payment.

Replacements (Not Exchanges)

We do not offer design exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it with the same design at no additional cost.

All our products are produced to high standards, but should a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the fault

  • A brief description

  • Your order number or delivery note

Please note:
We reserve the right not to offer a replacement if the item has been:

  • Misused, washed incorrectly, or handled roughly

  • Altered, stored improperly, or damaged after delivery

  • Subject to normal wear and tear over time

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved refund will be issued as a gift voucher.

If the order was placed by someone else and later gifted to you, any refund (if approved) will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

International Orders

At this stage, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Please also note that international buyers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or fees required to release goods in their home country. These are not included in the product price.

 

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
