Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, email shop@angelicdreamcushions.com with your order number and reason for return.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Custom or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Replacements
While we do not offer exchanges for alternative designs, we will replace any item that arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing fault at no extra cost.
To arrange a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the fault
- A brief description
- Your order number or delivery note
Please note we cannot replace items that have been misused, washed incorrectly, altered, or damaged after delivery, or that show normal wear and tear over time.
Gifts
Refunds for gifted items will be issued as a gift voucher if sent directly to the recipient. If the gift was purchased by another party, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees in their home country.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale.
